Hole Sponsor - includes one player's entry fee - $175
Team Sponsorshi (Full) - a 4 man team sponsorship including 2 mulligens and 2 red tees per player - $420
Team Sponsorship - a 4 man team sponsorship with no mulligens or red tees - $300
Individual Coach/Player Sponsor (full) - one player with 2 mulligens and 2 red tees - $105
