	Hole Sponsor - includes one player's entry fee - $150
	Team Sponsorshi (Full) - a 4 man team sponsorship including 2 mulligens and 2 red tees per player - $360

	Individual Coach/Player Sponsor (full) - one player with 2 mulligens and 2 red tees - $90
